Most people take a long time to heal when they their loved ones. I've experienced that grief when my grandmother died a decade ago. But I still dream about her talking to me and giving me advice. The death of a loved one isn't the end of our lives. When you realize that they are living in heaven with your other loved ones that have passed away, you will feel relief.

Thanks for your comment Rachel. Everyone has their way of dealing with death, of perceiving it and for finding comfort with loss. Not everyone can find the comfort in religious beliefs though many do. The important thing is that we realize we are all energy.. and as a friend once said: We come from the stars and it is to the stars we return.
