Brain Wave States Agility - Cory Herter

Clay Pulley uses technology to help professionals and abnormal or normal humans achieve a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness by creating coherence and balance with their brainwave states. At his invite after lunch at P.Changs we headed to his office and hooked Cory Herter to the machine. The idea behind the machine as i understood it is to scan the brainwave in various operating protocols, then generate a set of frequencies that bring the imbalance back to balance. The effect is to generate a peak performance state minus the random craziness that many people feel is associated with getting things done.

The guy who rode my bumper going down the street and then cut in front when I pulled into Terrible Herbsts Lube center would have been a good candidate. In a hurry and in a stressed state he needed to be first and he had no patience for anything holding up his version of the day. A bit of rebalancing the brain wave would have helped for sure.

Once Clay hooked Cory up to the tech he gave him simple instructions which amounted to 'relax' and we then watched the monitor. Clay's eyes said it all as Cory's brainwaves blew the lid off the range. Analysis was impossible. Then Cory shut down different parts of this brain. With the neurofeedback showing up on the screen, he could see exactly what he was doing. Controlling the frequency of each brainwave state, including gamma, Cory has the capacity to self-regulate his operational systems. 

In leadership circles, we talk about agility and are mostly associating that with thinking. Thinking is related to brainwave states but IF business leaders had the capacity for agility they could see how shifting perspectives, shifting thinking, shifting brainwave states are all one expression of the same skill set.  Agility of brainwave states is the mastery level. Here we are tinkering around with shifting persectives and, in business at least, aren't opening up the lens very wide.

As change and complexity increases so must our ability and agility to open to a full range of abilities, many of which are embodied in GenY and in the kids now being diagnosed as autistic. These abilities are not well understood when seen through the older paradigms of reality. Time to break open the box.

The 9-9-9 Shift

Listening to Cory run his webinar tonight up came the significance of tomorrow since it is the 9-9-09. Cory's answer independently echoed the information i received in my inbox from Dr. Carl Calleman who is the Swedish biologist whose work superimposed human history over the Mayan calendar to reveal waves of contraction and expansion. His work serves to demystify what is a truly complex calendar and to make sense by seeing it as a systems map for the transformation of human consciousness.

We may look upon this date as the launching of a three stage rocket to the fulfilment of the ninth level of creation, and it is an ideal time to contemplate or lauch projects designed to serve humanity's co-creation of the birth of a new world.

For a long time the professional scientific community has resisted the thought
that the different time periods of the Mayan calendar are driving cosmic and human evolution through their influence on consciousness. While of course a large number of professional Mayanists have worked with elucidating the structure of the calendar system of the ancient Maya there has always been a resistance to acknowledging that there would be a reality behind these energies. Hence, even though it may not have been said so directly these cosmic energies have often been regarded as some kind of superstitions.
 
A beginning of a shift in attitude now however seems to be on its way. At an international conference in Systems Theory at the University of Liege in Belgium Professor Tadeja Jere Lazanski won the award for best scientific paper in the CASYS'09 (Computing Anticipatory Systems) conference:

The paper outlines the nine levels of evolution that are developed according to the Mayan calendar system and places them in the context of Systems Theory. In short Dr Jere Lazanski is driving the thesis that what the ancient Maya saw as a plan driven by divine energies is what now is generally referred to as the big picture.

This initial breakthrough into mainstream science of the true Mayan calendar system of Nine Underworlds and Thirteen Heavens is very significant and it opens for the first time a road to discussing not only the Mayan calendar, but also the many evolutionary progressions that it describes in certain scholarly settings.

It is also noteworthy that, in contrast, the urban legend of a "galactic alignment"
as the basis for the Mayan Long Count for good reasons has consistently been

Making Sense of Change - Living the Journey

You might have noticed i have been quiet for the last two months. With good reason. Since March when i sold my condo I have been living from home to home as the universe provided me with some pretty amazing accommodation. With Pat Higgins and Amanda Bailey at Roberts Creek, Sunshine Coast, to Danny at Orange Road to Lynn in Caulfield, to Carla in West Vancouver, to Diane on Douglas Lake Ranch road, to John and Fiona for their space to  Shane for his amazing car repair rescue and space to sort out life i feel like i have been leading a blessed life. 

Why? Well, when you have been stripped down of all forms of security: financial, emotional, home... you can only go deeper into yourself... i suppose implosion could be an option but not one i entertained. 

There are many things and many people to be grateful for so i have decided to shift the focus of this blog from helping corporate/performance to expanding the self-realization of anyone who is ready to make the shift toward self-actualization - expanded potentiality for the good of all. 

The list of angels who have served to guide along the way is long and impressive. With little time today to get this blog caught up (i am in Vegas borrowing a friends' computer) suffice it to say that i will share the little and big discoveries and stories that mark the journey and make it special. 

We are all being called upon to be the change; to embody it; to integrate lost aspects of self and deeper potentiality in order to expand our capacity to collectively create our reality. Unconscious use of thought has created the belief structures that bind business to old paradigms while they are surrounded by the evidence that it no longer works. 

We are all called upon to explore, experiment, expand, uncover, discover and then employ that new understanding into action guided by the heart. No other version can serve to create the kind of radical shift we require to see the whole; fulfill our respective place in it by contributing the uniqueness that is you. 

Fear and doubt dominate at a time when your intuition, your energetic sensitivity, your creativity is the ally. Energy skills that in the metaphysical world are called psychic abilities and in the business world are called foresight +insight are expanding to integrate holistic perspective with compassion for all life forms. Grounded in a commitment to understand the energetic principles and how they shape our lives and reality the task is to raise consciousness while expanding trust in the hearts intelligence as it is expressed through your intuition.

When you understand the context for change and your place in it, your rational mind will give you permission to experiment and embrace new levels of potentiality that you might otherwise have repressed out of fear of that kind and level of newly found power. 

This is my intention. To assist you in seeing the world and yourself in a new way so you may step more into your creative possibilities with your rational mind supporting you rather than fencing you in an illusion of safety.
