In this one, we talk about energetic blueprints and how they impact organizational, community change. Both interviews describe the mechanics that underpin key relationships particularly those within organizations where the structure relies on command and control. Everyone but business knows that this structure of relationships blocks performance on every level but few understand that the energy imprint from decades of this approach is lodged in the cultural basement. Any efforts to shift the culture to a more caring and compassionate one require this knowledge so that deliberate and intentional efforts can be made to shift it energetically. This is not a business engineering process. It is one that recognizes that the human spirit resides in the workplace and actually drives the quality and loyalty of relationships with customers and suppliers.
There is, in fact, a law of attraction that corresponds to the electro-magnetic frequencies emitted by the people who work there. Exciting information to anyone who wants their company to become agile enough to flow with change rather than be hit and knocked out by the unexpected.
